I've been to NocNoc a few times now (three times) and found it very hit-or-miss. The people are nice. The beer is cheap ($0.25 before midnight). The music can be decent. One of the times I heard nothing but Covenant and new (ugh) Project Pitchfork. Not a horrible night musically, but not great. Another night had two DJs - one played nothing but really generic combichrist-esque industrial and the other played a nice mix of goth rock, EBM, and industrial. The other night was fantastic all around.
There is a better club, Mercury, that is members-only, but if you meet nice people at NocNoc there is a good chance of being invited over to Mercury. Due to the cheap drinks, Mercury members tend to pre-drink at NocNoc and head to the good music and better atmosphere after. If you are social enough, I'd definitely recommend meeting people there and you have a decent chance at being brought to Mercury as a guest (3/3 for me, and I'm not the most socially comfortable person out there). Plus you get to meet awesome people in the process.
There is another night that goes down once a month in memory of an old club that was there, The Vogue. Vogue nights are supposed to be amazing and the people I've met at NocNoc and Mercury have said they are the best night in town. I've never made it to one myself, though. I'm sure you can find the details for where/when they run if you look it up!
That's pretty much my entire knowledge of the Seattle club scene, but I hope people go there and give it a whirl. It's a great place to be!
